This equipment is designed to clean 3D glass, to remove oil stains and dirt from its surface. Once the cleaning process is complete, the glass is carefully dried to ensure it is ready for the subsequent manufacturing stage. Utilizing a horizontal conveyance system, the machine efficiently sprays and brushes both sides of the glass simultaneously. Equipped with upper and lower bristle brushes, the system provides a dual-sided scrubbing action that guarantees a comprehensive clean without compromising the integrity of the glass. After the thorough brushing, the glass is rinsed with deionized water to eliminate any remaining residues, followed by a drying process to finish the treatment.

Procedure
