It effectively removes particulates, dust, and organic contaminants, reduces contact angles, and enhances film-forming capabilities, achieving a removal rate of over 99%.     Procedure

    Load → Air knife cleaning → Scrubbing with DI water → Detergent spraying → Scrubbing with DI water → Scrubbing with detergent →  Air knife cleaning → Scrubbing with detergent → Scrubbing with DI water → DI water Rinse → Water Rinse → Air-knife drying → Unload


    Water Washing and Filtration System
