1. Free rollers are adopted at the location for the loading, inspecting and unloading of panels, which can effectively prevent scratching the surfaces.
2. Corrosion-resistant soft plastic rollers are arranged in a V-formation to prevent tracks from being left on the board surface.
3. The design of the water knives and bath units ensures a more even treatment of the board surface.
4. A flowmeter, which is adjustable, is installed at the inlet to the water knife to effectively control the film thickness on the surfaces of the vias, thereby achieving a good brown oxide effect.
5. High-voltage, contact-free devices are used, which can effectively remove electrostatic charges without damaging the surfaces of the boards.
