1. Capable of handling panels with thicknesses between 0.036 - 1.0mm (FPC); 0.036 - 6.0mm (PCB).
2. Metering boxes ensure 99% accuracy in automatic dosing operations.
3. A flow meter is installed at the inlet of each water jet to ensure optimal rinsing performance by monitoring and controlling water flow.
4. Energy conservation pumps are bulit into the line.
5. Rollers are accuated and monitored at the intake of pre-plating section.
6. Measures for anticaking of copper: water spraying and air blowing.
7. Water rinsing is equipped with heating devices.
8. Back light level ≥ 9.
